After registration you will receive an email with the confirmation of your registration. The Organizing Committee will evalute your registration and will send you a final confirmation email with the details to book your room: you have time 14 calendar days to book your room, confirming your participation to the school. After 14 calendar day, if you have not proceed with the booking, your registration to the school in presence will be canceled. You can participate virtually registering HERE.
Payment is due at the moment of the hotel check out. In case of booking withdrawal, you have to communicate immediately to the school secretariat your cancellation.
Cancellation Policies:
- No penalty in case of communication made 30 days before the start of the stay.
- 50% of the price of one night for each room booked, in case of communication made between 30 and 15 days before the start of the stay
- 100% of the price of one night for each room booked, in case of communication made between 14 and 7 days before the start of the stay
- 100% of the total booking in case of communication made less than 7 days before the start of the stay or in case of no show
The credit card details indicated by you will be used as a guarantee in case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation after the deadline set by the cancellation policy.
